The first 10 gyms that activate Boxly pay €20 a month, VAT included, for good: the price doesn't change as long as the subscription stays active. From the eleventh gym on the price is €25 a month, still with everything included.
No. QR check-in can be switched on and off from the dashboard. Coaches can mark attendance from the class, even for people who hadn't booked.
Yes: a "from N days before" rule that unlocks classes day by day, or open every class up to a date in one go, for example the whole of next month.
No. Two events a month are included in the plan and there's no per-athlete fee. If you need more events, let's talk.
No. They sign up from the event page with their email, confirmed with a code inside the form. People who already use Boxly can sign in with their account and their details are copied from the profile.
From the dashboard, in two clicks: cash, bank transfer or card terminal, with a PDF receipt. The payment history stays on the member's profile.
Yes. You can export members, attendance and reports as CSV whenever you want. If you leave, we hand everything over.
Documents live on our servers in Europe, with random names and never reachable through a public link. Only the owner and admins of the organising gym can see them, from the dashboard, and every download is logged. They are deleted automatically within 30 days of the end of the event (you can do it sooner), athlete accounts after 6 months, with an email notice first. Athletes can download or delete their data at any time from their area.
